This stuff is a paste. I use it on aggressive textured onaholes, and thin it with water using a spray bottle when I want to feel more texture. It doesn't seem to dry out quickly like most thick lubes do.

This thing looks and handles bigger than what the numbers for it show. My standard operation for using sleeves is putting them in my Meiki Plush Hip and with my initial use with JSMT I somehow managed to install it in the hip. What was I thinking....

So, it's just too much work cramming JSMT into a Meiki Plush, but if you're a hands-free fan like I am, you can lay it flat on the bed, or prop it between a couple of pillows, which I wound up doing.

And JSMT feels great!  The interior is soft and the textures are terrific, with the 3 uterus points are definitely enjoyable.  It's not tight but a good hugger, and in order to experience all 3 points you have to use long strokes but when I do that I can't last very long, so I usually go for just poking the back two points instead.

The tunnel measures close to 6 inches, which I love and after several uses it is holding up: no signs of layer separation or tears.  And with its overall softness its easy to clean and needs to be powdered after drying it.

I just don't like the size and bulkyness, and that I can't use my Meiki Plush Hip with it, but with 3 uterus points to bang into, I'll be sure to visit it again and again.

These little flaps bring out a soft but sensual sensation while the tunnel is an ideal length for me. Good suction, not tight but a nice hug for long sessions.
Made with Ride Japan's Bungee Touch material I would suggest not using a drying stick on this one as it will surely rip out these little flaps. Easy to clean.
The only downside for this model is the price: if you compare it to other Ride Japan sleeves that are made of the same material and weight and seeing how vulnerable the little flaps are (like Virgin Loop Darrin Seven's rail design) this won't last as long as say, RJ's Nurse Gichi Gichi (Long), which costs over $10 less than this sleeve and is one of the best onaholes that Ride Japan has at its price.

I've been making the 'rounds with these uterus-featured toys and this one by ToysHeart is pretty good. ToysHeart always makes some long-lasting durable sleeves, no dominating odors and always attractive art on their boxes. The uterus is pretty good, above average as far as what I've tried so far (and quite a few), you will experience that "pop" fun on the long strokes going in.
The material is on the firm side, and for a tunnel that's supposedly measures 5.5 inches it feels shorter, as there's more resistance felt when hitting the bottom end, probably due to its firmness.
For a firmer sleeve is feels pretty smooth, so you may want to use a thinner lotion or add a little water in order to feel the ridges that it offers. It has a good hug and is not tight.

My first Maccos Japan product arrived in a beautiful art box and superior packaging, the highlights of this sleeve.
It's not your usual dual-layer design: the interior soft material is just housed in a harder-material cup, and it's well built and will probably not fall apart from normal, long-term use.
The inner material a firm but not aggressive sensation; I wouldn't call it soft either. Stroking in it with long pokes is where you might get the most out of it but the most disappointing thing about this sleeve is that its just too tight for me. The entrance hole just ruins the few sessions that I've had with it and the rest of the tunnel wasn't leaving me wanting to come back for more. 2 1/2 stars.
