I chose this for my first purchase because of the massive number of reviews, and it did not disappoint at all.
- Visual: I like it. Having the nose makes it arousing, especially when you are viewing down your member.
- The Teeth: Might be too hard for some, I personally love it. Adds some realism to the experience. Even got it to peel back my foreskin with some lube as I insert.

For my first purchase I chose this and the La Bocca, and for someone who has only used hand before this hole made my legs weak. Update: the inner layer peeled off so much I had to retire it. A shame, but it is kind of worth it because from my experience with it I chose smaller and softer onas the next time. This is definitely good for bigger guys, but smaller guys like me may find it hard to enjoy it to the fullest.
