It has nice ridges along the top and bottom. Feels great especially around the head of your member. Perfect amount of tightness and stimulation. I personally can't really feel the uterus on the end but YMMV. Seems to be pretty durable. This onahole is amazing. My go-to daily driver. Highly recommended.

First off, avoid this completely unless you have a below average member. Way too tight to be usable for me with my average sized johnson. It's just too much of a hassle to use. Definitely not my go-to onahole nor my favorite.
