If you're looking for a soft toy, this is it. The insides are really soft. For how heavy and thick this is, there's not much tightness to it. It feels quite good, especially the rings in the front, but this could have really been a favourite if it was more tight. Also there's not much vacuum to note of, if that's what you're looking for.

This thing feels incredible. Seriously. It's got a great balance between stimulation and tightness, and the tongue with the roof of the mouth really makes it feel like a premium blowjob. The sensations remind me a bit of My Erotic Maid Servant, but a blowjob version. Real easy to clean too.

The teeth, however, are painful. Really painful. I've seen some reviews saying these are softer than the original Bocca but holy hell these are HARD. I had to remove the top set of teeth, but once I did, it was fine. Also this thing is loud.

Bought it because of the gimmick. I initially thought it'd be more stimulating for the tip of the head but that wasn't the case. It turned out to be more stimulating for the side of the head. Not a bad thing, just wasn't what I was expecting.

It also does feel a bit loose, like there's no push back against you which was a bit disappointing, and the textures do feel a bit monotone. That's just my personal preference though.

In terms of pleasure this is one of the best feeling holes I have. It's a stimulating and tight kind of feeling, and from entrance to the end there's really not a single part that doesn't feel good. Fairly quiet too. The only issue I have with this is that it is damn hard to clean and dry.

In terms of something that feels just as good but is easier to clean, the Bocca Della Verita Perorin would be it.
