I'm average size and honestly using this hole felt very nice, nothing too special. Only issue is that it tore after a few uses. Not much design wise to talk about. I could actually feel the individual points while most others holes have difficulty for me telling the difference. All in all worth it, just don't expect the best.

I got this mostly off reviews. It is enjoyable. As others said the teeth do feel like they scrape a bit much but in my experience are a welcome change of pace. The smell on the other hand still hasn't fully gone away...

Suction makes for really tight feeling. I will say at times it doesn't really feel like the hole is doing much.
