I've owned 5 other onas and I think this is the best all around. Admittedly i haven't had it long, but as far as sensation goes I seriously haven't had better. The perfect ona for me would be this with the mouth on the Bocca Della Verita Perorin for the entrance.

After spending a little over a year with other various onas I've come back to this one. While the original bocca does give a better experience out of the box - this one is better in the long run. As has been mentioned in other reviews, you may need to remove the upper teeth, and it does have a break-in period. Every time I used a new onahole I was mentally comparing it to this one, and all of them felt lacking. Many others are better in one aspect or another, but this is the best overall experience in my opinion - taking longevity, durabity, storage, and cleaning into account along with sensation.

I can't not say anything about the appearance. It's sized and shaped in a manner that might make you feel like you're committing a crime. Like, if it were smaller it would be more obviously an unrealistic toy. I didn't think it would bother me prior to purchasing but it kinda does. That however, isn't my main problem with it.

The real issue is that it is inconvenient compared to smaller onaholes. It requires a lot of lube, and lube will actively ooze out of the other hole while you're using it, also making it messy. It cannot be picked up with one hand as it is too big and floppy. The size and floppiness make it difficult to use in any other position than laying on your back. It doesn't retain heat well, and warming sticks are insufficient. You'll want a heating pad to wrap it in prior to use unless you like cold floppy rubber pressed against you. Cleaning it is also a pain. It is too big to clean in the bathroom sink, so I have to clean it in the shower.

Now as for why I haven't rated it lower, it does feel good. The soft material is actually better for sensation than I expected. I purchased a smaller soft onahole after my experience with this, and will likely do something else with this since I find it too impractical for regular use.

I originally gave this a poor review and regret that. Initially, yes, I had issues with it. I had to remove the top teeth and cramming my dick into it was a chore. I hated it, but kept trying. After it was broken in, it was fantastic! It also lasted several months being used almost daily without taking any real damage. It was done in however by a bacteria or mold setting up into it that I could not get rid of no matter what I used to clean it. Not the toy's fault. It is distinctly different from the original La Bocca Della Verita, and I'd have to say both were great and also distinctly different from one another. If you thought the original needed to be a little more firm, get this one. Just expect to possibly need to remove the top teeth and break it in.

When I originally purchased this I gave it a great review for the amazing suction. Unfortunately however, that feature alone doesn't really carry it for very long. It was nice to use once in a while, but I ultimately had to toss it after about a month because it developed a rather odd odor that never went away despite turning it inside out and washing the interior surface after every usage. I even tried leaving it inside out to air dry with talcum powder applied hoping it would reduce the odor to no avail.

It also couldn't retain heat.

I cannot recommend it now based on my experience.
