If you can't tell by the nickname, reverse rape fantasies and monster girl quest related hentai and Eroge is hands down my favorite adult Genre. That being said, many sleeves try to capture this aesthetic and fall short. This, along with it's two other counterparts, hit a home run in my opinion. You may find these sleeves a bit tight in the entrance and on the shorter side, but they make up for perfect theme execution, hand feel, quality, durability, and stimulation. Honestly, bravo for making a sleeve like the ones in the Monster girl series actually prove the "onaholes based off hentai videos suck" saying wrong.

This sleeve is relatively cheap so don't expect the most phenomenal textures, stimulation, and size. But this sleeve is discreet, good for men of smaller members, and can provide decent stimulation with some manipulation.

I own many many sleeves and onaholes of closed and open end designs and I can say that having something like this is helpful for some sleeves that can be a bit tricky to dry out but here are some things you must be aware of.
1. This thing is brittle and should be handled with care, if it drops on tile it will break most likely
2. This is no miracle rod, it only adsorbs a few grams of water before reaching capacity.
3. Clean with a foaming cleaner not water as soaking it in any way decreases its durability, and if you don't well it isn't a sanitizer so don't be surprised if it starts to stinkEffective tool for sleeve owners

I have 50+ sleeves and while this one may not hold a candle to other "virgin" style textures, design, and sensations like "virgin Matchless" or "Sujiman Lolicono", this one is great for what it provides. The tight little sleeve has great aesthetic and size for the theme, is durable, and is still tight and snug without being too intense.
Matching name to design, simplicity with effectiveness
Doesn't really compete with more "realistic" products that offer similar stimulation

If you like to get a little rough with your toys this one handles it better than most of the "virgin" types. However, do not buy this sleeve if you are terribly sensitive and prefer a more "fleshy" feel to your sleeves as without lubricant this one can feel a bit rubbery
