With an internal length of JUST above four inches, longer and thicker members are likely to find it too constricting thus not too satisfying (unless that's what you're going for). For us less than average folk, it's still tight. I disliked it at the first few uses but got around to pointing some considerations for prospective buyers.

-It's tight but does gets looser over time and usage, not by much but it's noticeable. This is when I found it more pleasurable.
-Whatever volume of lube you use, consider using a bit more as each thrust does push some out.
-Sharing a room or have thin walls? Not recommended as the construction and rigidity does cause it to be noisy (think: *schlock, schlock*) on exertion. Consider going under the covers.
-More of a "quickie" toy than for long sessions. Good for taking on the road due to its durability.
-It doesn't have a too great of a smell to it or feel oily unlike some onaholes which is nice.

Overall it's a decent onahole, good for first time buyers. Granted it does raise a few concerns that may give others pause, yet considering its construction, it's to be expected so you only need to work around them.

Made up of diatomaceous earth and activated charcoal, this stick will ensure that your toys are dry and ready for next time.

I will say however, that after using it for a few weeks I have found it to be optional if you follow proper cleaning protocols. That said, it is good to have around for peace of mind.

Buy more than one of you can so one is ready for use while the other is drying.

Although after a few weeks of use, signs of moisture has yet to evaporate even after allowing it to dry for a while. That may be just me overusing it so YMMV.
