I ordered "Beast Kingdom Horny Tiger Hard" and I got it yesterday. I'm trying to leave my review (its not a bad way to spend an early morning I'd say), I even have photos this time to boost my explanation. However it says "You need to have ordered this product to leave a review" when I try.
I've reviewed things later the same day I've got them before if I had the free time to check them out. The item shows up in my purchased items list just fine. I guess I'll write my fresh impressions in a text file and have it ready for later.
How long is the cool down for leaving a review? Or is this just a fluke?
(I had to wait a day and a half, but I can do it now).

@TheBigNasty That's happened to me on at least two toys - both of which I had for some time. You may want to try clearing your browser's cache and cookies (for all time if using Chrome or Edge), close/reopen the browser. If that doesn't work, try again a little later

@TheBigNasty I've never had a cooldown, you just wouldn't get approved for the reward points for a day if you go over 4. Maybe try logging in and out?

@TheBigNasty Thanks for making this topic. Our developer was able to find the issue and it had something to do with the website cache. That's why if you waited and the cache gets refreshed/flushed, then it'll work. They have made a fix for it now, so if you run into any issues, feel free to let us know.

Waiting a bit did the trick. Seems like there was some lag in the back end or something.
