Hello all, my package recently arrived at a facility but I just checked to see if it left and now it appears that the tracking number is no longer there and my package just randomly disappeared I checked the toy demon website to see if it was a just fed ex problem but it says on here to that it cant be tracked is this normal and should I wait alittle bit or should I contact fed ex immediately? Note it says on fed ex that there is no record of this package 0-0-

Look at the bottom of this web page for "ToyDemon Service", under it is a link "Contact Us". Click on that link and fill out the order information you have.
Any inquiries or help with your orders should always go there first instead of posting here in the Community Forum.
If you think that they can't help you, then you can post in here for opinions from your fellow Demoners who visit the community.

@winkyblink thanks for the help luckily the order is back up now so I'm gonna remove this when I get a chance to :)
