I ordered my stuff on August 18th and toydemon said it would be here by the 27th but then on FedEx it said the 20th but my order has been at one facility for 3 days now it has not moved at all I got the 5-10 days shipping but I just wanted to make sure this is normal0-0-

@Playsarteccc1 I don't know why you got so many down votes, it's perfectly valid and legitimate question.
For me FedEx takes a while to update the tracking. I've had the FedEx site say that the package is in the same location for days, like it's not going anywhere, then suddenly it's arrived in a city only about an hour away from me. This happens more frequently with USPS, but It's happened with FedEx too.
Overall, I'd say your problem is normal and generally not something to worry about, I've had many issues with carriers not delivering my packages (usually UPS) but have never had any issues with ToyDemon orders.

@Jonarby thxs for the info now my package isn't appearing on both toy demon and fed ex now so I'm done with life atm 0-0-

Look at the bottom of this web page for "ToyDemon Service", under it is a link "Contact Us". Click on that link and fill out the order information you have.
Any inquiries or help with your orders should always go there first instead of posting here in the Community Forum.
If you think that they can't help you, then you can post in here for opinions from your fellow Demoners who visit the community.
Having said all of that, you could try contacting FedEx with the tracking that you originally got from ToyDemon.

First of all, you know, just in case this happens in the future, Toydemon has no control on how or when FedEx ships its packages. In a situation were the 10 days pass (which has not happen in your case) Toydemon will try to help, but it's also your responsibility to get in contact with FedEx and ask where your package is.
Second, you picked 5-10 days. Right of the bat, I found it suspiciously impossible that FedEx would deliver it on the 20th, only 2 days later. Heck, 1 and a half if you ordered midday and ToyDemon managed to hand it over to FedEx before working hours ended. That's more of a 1 day shipping deal. Yes, it's possible it may arrive earlier than the estimated 5-10 days, particularly if you live near the ToyDemon warehouse. However, due to a 5-10 day package being low priority it's extremely rare and you should never count on it arriving early, no matter what FedEx predictions say.
In other words, yes this is normal. If you picked the 5-10 days option, FedEx can hold your package for as long as they want to, or send it to Japan and back, as long as it arrives undamaged and within those 10 days.

@PrestigiousFarmer thxs for the info i knew that the est time was wrong on the FedEx site but I was just starting to get a little worried since it didn't move for 3 days but I will keep in mind about contacting FedEx if a have problems in the future thxs again:)

Yeah, no problem. I know you're just excited to get your order, which is apparently going on a crazy adventure, lol. Disappearing into the void and returning with a vengeance!
Just to be clear, I'm not trying to paint FedEx as the bad guy. They aren't literally going to to keep a package until the last day or send it to another country for funs and giggles. That would be a big waste of time, money, ruins their reputation, they loss customers, just bad for businesses in general.
Besides, I always use the Free Shipping option that ToyDemon offers and it's worked out beautifully. Never had a problem and I'm glad that ToyDemon offers that. Since I don't live in Illinois or any of the surrounding states, I've never received my package early though. And that's fine; I did my job, ToyDemon did their job, I just let FedEx do their job.

@Playsarteccc1 glad to hear it's moving, transit time can vary depending on where it's going and the different regional sorting hubs a package might pass through before it reaches the destination. Unfortunately, it's out of our control how the carrier handles the package but most of the time we have seen packages arrive ahead of the estimated dates.
