Generally speaking of course, since I know it depends on the item since some items appear to take months to be in stock again.
TD seems to often run out of stock too quickly, on BF sales especially, even before your newsletter is sent out. I suspect you would get even more business if customers could preorder or you could ask the community's interest so that you have more units to move.
A year ago you gave us a second chance for those that missed Black Friday sale. Maybe do that again?

@toasty20 the only item we might extend the sale on are Tomax items. We are still considering that because it was originally scheduled to arrive in our warehouse on 11/24 just in time for our Black Friday sale, but delays do happen especially during the busiest shopping time of the year. We are still trying to figure that out as soon as we get a solid confirmation when Tomax will arrive in our warehouse.

@toasty20 I think there was a point during the sale that I noticed the number of out of stock items actually went down as shipments came in.
While it was annoying to see an item in my cart go out of stock, I think I can give TD a break on stock issues this year.
