Is it okay to use a hybrid Lube with water and silicone for the XYZ onahole? Says to use only water base but if you search on the internet people say it's okay if you also use a hybrid Lube with sex toys as long as it's not fully silicone.

I personally wouldn't mix it with silicone, but water is fine.
Usually, during long sessions, if lube dries out, you can "reactivate" it with a few drops of water.
Or, you can also just add water if you want a thinner consistency.
