Hi, I have read some reviews of Toysheart Ero Ane Sister Masturbator's second generation in the Japanese website. This item seems really good. but I can't find it anywhere on this site.

A web search led me to a link to ToyDemon showing that they had a hard version listed, coming out in early 2020 but was discontinued by the manufacturer.
The same web search didn't have many other stores listing it or anything of them having it in stock.
I looked on the ToysHeart website and didn't see it listed there, suggesting that they probably don't make it any more.
ToyDemon has a Special Order section where if they can find it with their distributors they can offer it to you; you can put in a request.
Since you found it on a review on a Japanese website you should do a deep web search on the Japanese domains web, or post a question about it on the website where you found it.
