@**TD** Looks like I'll have to update my retailer section info haha. Really though, I'm still surprised you were able to manage the initial free shipping minimum for so long. It was really impressive, but always felt like you were taking a pretty big hit.
That said, yeah. Standard untracked shipping is increasingly unpredictable during these times. :(

@**TD** I understand the issue is due to COVID and mail infrastructure. I believe the free shipping limit was at $50 for a short period after the major site update a few years ago. Hopefully this will just be temporary as well, at least until conditions improve.

@**TD** I want to start this comment out by saying I get it, I've had a couple of my packages take a day or so to update tracking and that is always concerning, so I understand why you've made this change.
My #1 issue with this change however isn't actually the increase in free shipping requirement. But rather an issue with stock. I've found that the main reason why I'll make multiple $35 orders instead of 1 big order is simply because I want to buy what I want to buy and ToyDemon tends to stock a fairly small amount of product, this is to be expected with the type of business you do.
This adds a sort of urgency to purchasing where I don't know how long a product is going to be available and I don't know how long I'd have to wait for it to be restocked if it was snatched up.
The thing is I don't know how to fix this problem, but I'm going to offer a potential feature request which I think may help with this issue and would certainly help me with the $50 increase.
Maybe you could have some sort of reservation feature or something? It'd work like this, you purchase an onahole just like you would anyother but alongside all the shipping options there was a free (reserve for X days) option, which would allow you to keep the Item at the TD warehouse for a set amount of days. In those set amount of days if you found another onahole you wanted you could purchase it and add it to that reservation. After the amount of days allowed elapsed you'd get an email saying to either select a shipping method or to cancel the order, placing the items back into inventory and issuing a refund.
If they selected the shipment option the shipping would be calculated as if all the reservation items was a single order, whether it qualified for free shipping or not. If they selected to cancel than they'd receive a refund (with potential holding/restocking fee deducted for inconvenience)
This way you'd still be paid for the onaholes in advanced, but the shipping you wouldn't be charged for until after the "reservation period" was up.
The purpose of this would basically be to help wait for onaholes to restock and get a more complete order. Since as I said the only reason I've done somany order is simply because the onaholes I actively wanted at that time simply weren't all in stock at the same time.
I know this is an ambitious request to say the least, but I thought I'd make it anyway just to give my 2cents.
Another concern I have is, would you reduce the free shipping requirement after this covid thing dies down? My biggest worry about site changes like this is you'll see these requirements/prices go up for whatever reason, but never back down once that reason is no longer applicable.

@**TD** Honestly this is disappointing news as I'm a noob and was looking forward to getting small priced items like lube, drying sticks, and possibly another toy... which I doubt will reach the $50 minimum. I also tried to use the 1st time buy free shipping code but it wouldn't apply and I was forced to use the $35 minimum free shipping option.

@**TD** Well this sucks, hopefully once this whole COVID things is over we'll have the old free shipping minimum back because honestly if it wasn't for that i don't think i would have made my first purchase, but i understand why the decision was made and hope it isn't permanent
