So everyone knows which lube you shouldn't use with which material, right? Don't use oils on rubber or TPE, no silicone on [cheap] silicone (i've heard some silicone toys can take it, but I never figured out which or how to tell), don't use hand lotions with either (they have either dimethicone or plant oils in them that will wreck everything).
But what about thick and thin, runny and viscous, and so on? What's best for handheld sleeves and high-speed jerking (or machines that do the same)? What do you use with a doll and you want to go slow for an hour or two? Is the principle the same with machine oils, thin and light for slow or hand work, thick and viscous for high-speed jerking or things like the VORZE Piston?
Or is it all just down to personal preference? I don't expect there's much in the way of right or wrong answers for any of these, so I invite all opinions and suggestions, reference tables and dumb ideas, even. Seriously, send me dumb ideas for mixing homemade lube, I'm so danged bored lately, I need something to waste time on.

Lube matters. Lots of onaholes are lube specific. Many others have drastic changes in sensation with a small change in lube. There should be an ongoing discussion thread for that is always visible. Every review should have a lube recommendation. Everyone should have an all purpose lube, a hard lube, a slimy lube, and a thin lube. Also, either the lube that NPG makes for oral themed toys or PP Omega 3. Also a small spray bottle with water. Except for some all purpose, that means Japanese, which is expensive -probably because importing something that is almost all water is not efficient. Fapping is obviously cheaper with many more options in Japan.

High viscosity = longer sessions, less feeling, typically thicker lube
Medium viscosity = middle range, seems to be like Onatsuyu
Low viscosity = typically thinner lube, you will feel more of the material from the sleeves
I usually stick to medium viscosity lube for most of my sessions

I make my own natural with a stick blender, water and Locust bean gum and sometimes guar gum powder.
Locust bean gum can make a lube in seconds that goes from thin all the way through to exactly like cream pied pussy.
Dirt cheap and awesome. Just wash it all after use or get some preservative like sodium chloride and potassium sorbate and add it if you want it to last.

Onaholes: Onatsuyu. Had it recommended when I got my first onahole and it worked so good I have never wanted to try anything else.
Nipple play and jerking off the old fashioned way: Astroglide Silicone, lasts forever and has just the right amount of of friction unless you use too much
Anal play: Sliquid Sassy for plugs and prostate toys, and Bad Dragon Cumlube for dildos.
