@Layfon if you're talking about the ones from Tama Toys, I took a look at some other sites, and it has a 4/5 star on Amazon JP and 5/5 on Otonajp. Reading some of the reviews, here are some of the main points
1. The breasts are on the firmer side
2. They're not that big, so it's easy to hide
3. Since it's meant to be used with the cover and the pad, it's more there for grabbing than for paizuris
4. Quality seem to be pretty good for the price, but may be kind of expensive when combined with the board and the covers
