i spent $50.54 plus 68 reward points for the Alchemist's Atelier Onahole and the fedex tracker said it was delivered today at 2:07 pm but i never got it. can i get a refund or some help with getting another one?

@zolo3 update. it did get misdelivered and a random guy just brought it to my house today.

@FutaLover1 @zolo3 I hope this get's resolved for you, but in the future, I'd suggest having your FedEx packages redirected to a local FedEx pick-up location like a Walgreens, if you're not going to be home to immediately get the delivery. People have been stealing packages from porches for years. If the package was stolen after delivery was made, It's a bit unfair to hold ToyDemon totally accountable, but kudos to ToyDemon if they make the choice to help you out in replacing your purchase. That being said, 'May the odds be ever in your favor'.

@zolo3 I don't work for ToyDemon, but just to let you know: Customer Service is usually only available Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM CT. If you contacted them any time after 5PM CT on a Friday, you'll usually see your reply early Monday. Are you making that comment with less than 24 hours since you sent in the Support Ticket?
