A lot of my issues with this toy are that the throat tunnels are a bit hard to reach, particularly if you're not at full mast and your length is 5in... In addition, drying this thing after washing it out can be a bitch because the tunnels are a trap for water, and are tight enough that getting some paper towels or something in there to dry it out is a huge pain. I swear, the second "hidden" tunnel does not exist until you try to clean it.
I far prefer handheld blowjob holes like the geki fera and the mouth of truth peccorin to this, if only because they're easier to clean/hide and the teeth give a bit more stimulation.

And while paizuri with this feels good, it does mean that you have to clean it off after. Oh, and make sure you have cornstarch to powder this after you dry it. It gets sticky quick if you use lube on the surface.

Last thing to consider, it can be hard to hide if you live with people, particularly since the best way to store this is in the box it came in (so that they retain their shape for a bit longer). The box is cardboard and unremarkable, but it comes with a sleeve that has some nice art on it that you might consider discarding.

If you can deal with all that though, you've got one of the finest pairs of rubber boobs you can find, particularly if you're into the unrealistic anime look.
