This little warmer works well. Very well, in fact.
I bought two of them so that I could warm up multiple toys at the same time or warm up both holes of any dual-holed toys such as the Meiki Cherry 2 hip.
It can take a long time to warm up depending on the toy and the type of USB plug you're using. For example, if you use a laptop or PC usb plug, it's gonna take a lot longer than if you use a wall-plug,
Keep in mind that this thing can get REALLY hot, so you need to keep an eye on it at all times. I wouldn't suggest checking it every 30 seconds like the description says, but after 5-10 minutes definitely check it periodically.

This is a great little hip for the price! Both tunnels feel excellent and are pretty easy to clean. You'll need a lot of lube for use and a lot of cornstarch to keep it feeling like real skin in between cleanings.
If you have about 40 minutes of time to prepare this hip for use, I would high suggest the following for the best most lifelike experience: Soak the bust in hot hot water for about 10 minutes. Then use two USB onahole warmers at the same time to warm up both holes. While you're warming the holes you can apply your cornstarch to get the real feal back after it being wet. After 20-30 minutes of warming the onaholes, this little hip will be hot and ready for you.
Going back and forth between the holes feels really great, and you can fulfill some epic fantasies only seen in trashy european pornoflics, haha ;)

This thing is heavy! The build quality is excellent and even though it is not dual-layer like some of these toys, it still works out with two inner textures which are sturdy and very nice feeling.
