I have gotten both C10 and C11 versions. This just stays within reach and I pop it open just to smell it. It's like a nice peachy and floral shampoo. Yes, I literally just smell it sometimes haha. If it's anything like the C10 in terms of performance, it works pretty well so I will rate based mostly on that.

I used to buy these from Japanese sellers or from some shady Amazon stores several years back because it's by far the best one I've used. It works well, quickly, and feels sturdy enough. No gimmicks or weird lights.

I've had some unexpectedly thick lotions before that I've used some water to, well, water it down a bit. Doing this worked fine but over time I noticed it started getting an almost peachy/pink tint so I tossed it fearing it was growing bacteria. I have no idea what was at fault but this was clean filtered water that was used. Never had this happen before.

I also only ever used this if I was going to shower right after because wiping it down was weirdly difficult. And I had to be careful not to slip as it runs off with the water. Napkins or other paper products don't absorb it well so it just smears at first. Cloth is better but not by much.

I think I had a similar lotion from NPG that did this, so I don't think I'll go for them again.
