This was my first Uterus/Womb focused Ona. I felt that the actual feeling of penetrating the end chamber was more noticeable when using the toy had and fast instead of slow. When used quickly, you will feel the chamber and probably not last very lost .Cleaning was a hassle, but the ona sleeve itself is firm. The suction was another bonus as it was far stronger than I initially assumed.

I enjoy this toy, but its far from an actually stimulating ona. The textures are rather bland even with the suction. To give you an idea of how this feels with a proper vacuum effect on your dick, you will fill a tight grip around the base of your shaft, and a single large bump for stimulating the head at the end of the sleeve. What makes it fun for me, is that is somewhat more realistic than I expected for an anal toy and the tightness provides me with that sensations. The outside look of the ona is personal preference.

Is this ona the most exciting? No. Does it fill a particular Niche? No. Is this probably one of the best ona's ever made? Yes. The toy is soft and malleable and the inner texture is amazing. The tunnel length seems long, but I never had issue reaching the end of the tunnel. As a bonus, its easy to clean.

Of all the ona's I've tried, which is few, I have felt this is by far the best ona to use for a consistently fun experience when I don't know what I want.

Let me preface this review by saying that this ona feels amazing. The texture is subtle but really shines in longer play sessions. Its incredibly soft but provides a snug wrap letting the smallest variance in the textures stand out. Unfortunately, I have some issues. As others mentioned, the material has an odor is and is super oily. Additionally, this hole's tunnel length is small. I managed to damage mine by accident by poking the back too hard. Additionally, the labia on the front eventually began to crack. Part of this is me being rough with it, but the Erena Extra requires you to be a little delicate as its not the most durable toy.
