After using this thing a couple of times I've found a couple of things wrong with it. If you're average size you won't have a problem with this toy, but if you're slightly above average like me you'll notice some things that are problems. For one, it's a little too small, the mouth doesn't open up enough without tearing it causing it to be really tight, making the teeth act like a guillotine. The top teeth is the largest problem and if you're large and want to use this, you will most likely want to take out the top teeth. Overall the quality is good and does the job, but just a little too small
