Are there any plans to extend the shipping for Tomax products, for example to Europe?

@nannyskexis Tomax has dedicated sellers for most regions in the world. Tomax do not want sellers to cross sell their items into a region where another seller is in charged of as it could create confusion issues with support as well as possible questions of authenticity.
We don't know if others are following this but our relationship with Tomax goes back well over a decade to when ToyDemon and Tomax first started. We respect their wishes and follow their guideline on not selling to other regions (as of writing locations outside of North America, UK, Australia, and New Zealand). EU already has a dedicated seller for Tomax in Germany so it would be best to look to them for your Tomax needs.

Sorry, that rule doesn't make much sense to me. Omocha Dreams, the regional seller for Germany/EU, got at the end of the year a paltry amount of Tomax products, after what must have been over a year of basically no Tomax products available.
The rich soft/very soft versions of the Muses line are still sold out there, so clearly they didn't get enough stock (that's also the reason Motsutoys stopped selling them, at least what the support team told me). And Omocha Dreams will maybe get the Virgo line in April for the first time (mind you, a whole one year after it lauched), but who knows if that will even include the rich soft versions.
Meanwhile, Toydemon has still plenty of Tomax stock, but I can't order it.

@nannyskexis I'm not entirely certain what part of Europe you hail from or how rules of sales tend to be in the place you reside but at least in the U.S. manufactures will have chosen distributors and contracts with them for rules of sales.
Those distributors will be given guidelines as to what geographic area they are allowed to sell (sales territory.) Sales as an industry is pretty cut throat and territories have to be respected or chaos ensues. So distributors are very aware of the agreement they have made with the manufacturer or risk being "fired" and losing the ability to sell their products.
As TD is the ONLY U.S. distributor of Tomax products and has a 10+ year relationship of trust built they wouldn't take the risk of losing that relationship even though I'm certain that they would love to serve everyone.

@AHistorian Never heard of anything like that here in Germany. I'm pretty sure that everyone would be able to order Tomax products from Omocha Dreams, even outside the EU, otherwise they would state it in their ToS or somewhere else on their site.
It's just a little bit unfair that the products (which seem to be made to order, according to Omocha Dreams support team) aren't distributed more evenly across regions. I mean the EU is a pretty big market, too.

@nannyskexis I don't disagree that Europe would be a very large market and I can only imagine that you gents want Tomaxes there as much as we do here in the states.
Sadly, the only hope you have is that your Distributor seek out more supply from Tomax. I have no indication of how the distributor network and/or those agreements read from distributor to distributor, but from my short tenure around here it appears that the folks who run Toydemon work vigorously to nurture their relationship with Tomax and I feel that hard work and nurturing does pay off for all folks here seeking to buy.
Your distributor may not have as strong a relationship with them, or they may not pursue the product with Tomax as TD does.
TD seems to have a great "finger on the pulse" of knowing they could order say 50 Venus Real Soft and would likely sell 48 of them in a week (just a made up example) but I'm sure that makes the point.
Have you tried speaking with the folks at the distributor about it? Do they have a Community board like this that you could rally support from others expressing your desire for the products? Maybe that would be a good start?

@AHistorian Yes, I contacted them via email some months ago.
I remember that they had way more Tomax stock some years ago when I first ordered the Venus Real and Muses line from them. No idea if it's on them that they only get the Virgo line more than year after release for the first time (hopefully in April this year) or if Tomax just can't handle the demand worldwide.

@nannyskexis We believe you are in the Germany/EU area so you will have to ask Omocha Dreams for more information about their coming shipments and maybe work with them on possible special ordering the Tomax items you want. Motsu is suppose to ship Tomax within Netherlands only and no other region so they wouldn't be able to help with your situation.
Tomax shortage affected every region in the world. We would not say we have plenty of Tomax stock and our Tomax stock (especially the new Virgo line) was out for most of the year and many are out now. If you look through the community, you'll find plenty of people here just as upset about our stock situation of Tomax as you are in EU. Currently as of this writing, we have their approval for handling USA, Canada, some South American countries, Australia, New Zealand, and UK(temporarily since the time they left EU) so we tend to have and go through more stock.
Quality takes time and Tomax do not want to compromise this to crank out more units. They do allocate and limit order size to make sure the different region has a chance to order the items. It's also up to each region to communicate with Tomax the amounts needed.
We feel for you and every person still waiting to get the Tomax they want. We are doing what we can on our end with Tomax to streamline our shipments. Without Tomax's approval however, we would not consider shipping to the other regions unfortunately. It's a mutual trust and respect relationship that went on long before we ever sold a Tomax item.
