So, I just put through an order for more than $80 and saw no code entry at any stage. I started the process several times and checked everywhere I could, even going as far as inspecting the page info before just trying to put the order through, hoping the overview would have some final confirmation with code entry. Yup, still no entry and the order went through.

That wasn't there. I did a trial run on another order before I replied to you and took a screen shot just in case someone tried asking about that. It shows up now, but did not earlier.
Whatever the issue was seems to have sorted itself out, but at the time I put my order in it was not working. It means I missed out on getting to attach a code to that order. -_-
