We submit orders to Japan about once a week, depending on what is sold out or what new onaholes came out. Sometimes more depending if more suppliers are involved. We also import them by air freight so we usually get them very fast. Without any custom delays or issues, turn around time is about 2-3 weeks at the latest, hence you can see our pre-order dates usually about 3 weeks out to be safe. If everything goes well, we can get them in stock within a week.

Majority of the delay comes from the back and forth with our suppliers and availability of their stock. For example, let's say we submit an order to NPG with Meiki ZXY and Meiki YJY. One day later, they reply to us that ZXY is out of stock and they won't have stock until next Friday. So while YJY is in stock and ready to go, they won't ship everything till the whole order is complete. Otherwise import and shipping cost would be too expensive (economies of scale: bigger the shipment, cheaper the cost).

If there's anything in particular that you are seeing but hasn't come back in stock, let us know. Some products will sometimes slip by and we forget to order.
