What is a good onahole that is hard and has good suction? I use mostly tomax rich soft right now. It's really good but sometimes I wish I could have something that was harder. I used to use a fleshlight and pinch off the end for suction. But it is broken now, I want something that is on the harder side and has suction without being too loud.

There are toys from some other brands with that anime anatomy cervix/uterus end chamber as well, but they will never match the reuse value/durability of Tomax's stuff IMO.
Few items by ToysHeart like The Witch's Temptation, Alchemist's Atelier, and Yandere have that big succ end chamber gimmick, but they are a pain to clean/dry and will break quite fast, especially for those who use the flip inside out method (which is very not kosher for most onas.)
As for the noise... from my experience, a lot of it is about the type/amount of lube plus the vacuum inside the toy. (A lot of closed-end toys will recommend squeezing all the air out of the toy before use for maximum suction, but when it hits just right the sounds are VERY lewd.) So it's kind of a trade-off between big succ and stealth.
The only handheld toys I can think of that have a sorta workaround for this would be the Tenga Flex series, theyre strokers with a hard case like fleshlights, and Tenga Flex has a hole at the end for vacuum control. Of all the colors, I think Tenga black color models are the hardest/most intense.
