Based on the information provided and experience with way too many onaholes, I humbly suggest the following for consideration:
1) Armor Maiden Tomoe Gozen (Maccos). Holy shit, nothing sucks like this one. No flaws in design or manufacture. No drawbacks for me, except that it is so intense I sometimes need to switch to another one. Not lube specific -any works for me. Special Order required (easy and worth it). If it had been called Armor Maiden Sucks it might have sold better. There is a different Armor Maiden in stock, which in my opinion is nothing alike and not worth a nickel.
2) Ju-C Type Two (G Project). Pretty much at my limit for aggressiveness. Amazing. It has a stinger at the end that is irritating to some (I think it's too short). Even more aggressive is the nearly identical Ju-C Type One. -A thicker, slimier lube is a must. A time limit is recommended. The tunnel on these 2 is shorter than 5". For a somewhat milder, softer, suckier version that has slightly more length, and won't cause injury for a long session, the Ju-C 5 Super Soft, which is not that soft. Special Order required for these 3 (easy and worth it). Also Ju-C 7 Love Embrace Plate (out of stock). This one might be shape specific, look at pictures and read reviews. The middle section will be too squeezy for some.
3) Alchemist's Atelier (ToysHeart). Not for everyone, read reviews. Probably not a candidate for a one and only, or for a small collection. Too expensive. That said, this thing does not want to let go. Serious suction for the head. It pops. If it makes your eyes pop out, oh, well. For a tighter grip, there is Yandere (ToysHeart) with its price and problems -read reviews. That designer of the tunnel deserves a Nobel prize for engineering. If circumcised by a doctor who did not leave any extra skin, forget about it. Good luck finding just the right lube. Not for an especially prominent mushroom head. As an alternative to these 2, I would recommend Lusty Slut (Toysheart), but it is now made with "Safeskin". With its original material, it provided almost all the benefits of the first two without the drawbacks even though it looks different. The new version might be even better, I don't know.

You can check your girth measurements by using a tape measure used by a seamstress, or wrap a strip of paper around the base of your buddy (while fully erect), then measure those end to end points with a ruler. If your length is 5" then your girth is probably 5 to 6 inches, where my numbers are around.
Anyways, if suction is your top priority, then Witch's Temptation made by ToysHeart is a champion that I have in my collection. It's pricier but it will last a long time and has good texture sensation.
Looking over some sleeves that I don't currently own but I have been watching that look like good suckers are DNA's Umi No Ana 2 Carnivorous Mermaid, which is reputed to be and aggressive textured sleeve according to reviews. Another promising one is ToysHeart's R-20, which is currently on the Flash Sale category at this moment.
Some points of what I have learned on what designs for onaholes that contribute in superior vacuum sleeves:
- Firmness: when you pull out of the sleeve you create a vacuum environment, causing the sleeve to collapse. Firmer sleeves resist collapsing, thus creating greater vacuum effect.
- Sleeve Material Volume: like firmness, the thicker, fatter, heavier sleeves will resist collapsing for better suction.
- Sleeve Entrance Ring: Look for a perfect, straight, round ring design at the entrance of the tunnel. Some sleeves even incorporate a double-ring/small chamber at the entrance to hold on to the vacuum while you move in and out, acting as a piston ring seal. Serious sleeves have the double-ring chamber design.
- Vacuum Chamber: Usually placed at the end of the tunnel, the Vacuum Chamber is just dead space for initiating the vacuum environment, which you create by squeezing this area as much as you can before you insert your buddy into the entrance of the sleeve, and after you are fully inside you can then let go of that area. It's not necessary to do this initially, as long as you never completely pull out of the sleeve, thus loosing the vacuum. You will eventually create a vacuum environment after you do a few full, complete strokes (going in as deep as you can, then pulling back without losing the entrance seal). Alternately, a longer tunnel serves as a vacuum chamber (which is why I suggested R-20) because it's just extra room for atmosphere.
Study the cutaway pictures of Witch's Temptation and you will see the designs that I've listed above, then you will have a good idea while shopping for a superior vacuum onahole. Also, read the reviews to see if the sleeve reflects vacuum performance.
