I'm looking for a soft and tight onahole that's preferably under $40. I'm currently considering the Sujiman Kupa Roa Soft (and Rina if it was in stock) but would appreciate any other recommendations that's around this size or slightly bigger. Thanks!

It sort of depends what you mean by soft, and also how thick your penis is. Once you go past a certain softness level, things like tightness and suction seem to just fall off the map - it's not easy to achieve. I've never tried the Kupa Roa or Rina, so I can't speak to those. Here are some that came to mind, maybe they fit what you are looking for:
