@cocoman98 You can always used the filter function on the left side once you are in the Masturbators section to filter out all the "Through Hole" Onaholes that have open ends, sometimes they are design to have dual entrance or just a open end for easier washing and cleaning process.
One thing to be aware of when deciding on close or through hole is that closed hole Onahole will have better suction in comparison when the air access is limited when using them.
