I use mine usually about two time every other day, I find giving a day or so without using them kinda resets me so the experience stays pleasurable.

@Jonarby maybe once a day, but not during quarantine, now i use it once a week? I have a few hip onahole toys and i keep them interesting buy buying cheap lingerie/slutty outfits to dress them up in.

@Jonarby I usually use mine every day unless I don't have energy after work. I have around a dozen onaholes so I use a different one each time (I prefer about 5-6 of them over the rest).
I like switching up using them for longer sessions or a quickie, which I guess is how I keep it interesting along with using a different one every time
