So I’ve placed a few orders this month, some with free shipping, lowest cost shipping, and even 2-day shipping once. Every time toydemon will send me an email saying my package is shipped and provided me with a tracking number. When I go to put the tracking number in the site, it says something like “shipping label created, USPS/UPS hasn’t received the package yet”. And it says this for nearly a day. Then after a day it says USPS/ups received the package and now it’s moving through the system.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Is this just USPS being slow to process/update information? Or is this ToyDemon holding onto my package for a little longer despite creating a shipping label and saying my package is shipped?

@Caduceus76 Our system is automated and the tracking is sent after it's been shipped. Couriers like FedEx and UPS often scan the packages after they arrive back at their facility at the end of the day.
With USPS, they can be quite slow on its initial sorting and often they even skip the initial scanning to leave it for another facility later in the transit. Depending on who and how it's sorted, the first USPS tracking update might be at the first major sorting hub. We've even seen the first tracking update at the destination's Post Office.
Another thing we've notice is that after any national holidays where they were off, USPS will need extra time to process the backlog of packages they have due to the time off. For example, we saw many USPS packages didn't get an update until now due to this past Monday being a holiday.
All this will depend on a lot of different variables like the region you are in and delivery speed needed.
