The single layer design of this toy makes it softer than a dual layer that can be more firm which I like for my needs. However, despite the single layer it is still very simulating and the curved canal can really be felt depending on the position it is used in. It is also easy to use and relatively easy to clean for a closed-hole design. I have the Nao Yoshizaki with two holes and the Akira Elly Anal toy is significantly better and cheaper (for a per hole price of course). The box art is also a nice bonus.

This is my first oral product that I have purchased, but it is outstanding! The depth of the canal is just about right concerning the size of the mouth and the shape of the mouth and nose really add to the pleasure. The canal also has a tightening for the throat and can be reached by pushing harder and it simulates deepthroat although it isn't that stimulating. It comes with a bottle of lube that's supposed to bubble up like saliva and it does a bit. The toy itself actually makes a sucking sound as well though you can get that with other toys too.

It might be diminishing returns, but the toy itself is not that great. I would say it is average for me. I definitely like the tightness of the canal and the nubs on the bottom. The protrusion on the bottom also helps to stimulate the glans quite a bit when nearing ejaculation. My favorite part is actually the art by Ohiegetan. It is very titillating for me. There is also a small bonus bottle of lube as well so it helps to make it a bit more of a valuable purchase. All in all the sensation is a 3/5 for me, but the toy so far has held up amazingly well despite the small entrance and comes with other nice bonuses.

This is my first meiki so I do not know how it compares to other meikis or dual layers, but it does the job with the zero diameter entrance and vaginal replication. It definitely feels better than the tenga fliphole white and has much more visual stimulation of course. The labia are molded like real ones and the butt is very cute. If you squeeze the buttcheeks together the anus looks very real as well and so I have to say the doggy style is amazing with the view. I also love how it feels with love lotion and it feels even aofter with it on and groping and squeezing it feels great.

What I don't like about it is that it is hard to clean as water can get trapped in the holes and takes a long time to dry. It is also very flimsy and jiggly which makes it hard to control sometimes. It is also not too durable for the price as both the anus and vagina ripped after about 3 short uses and I am average size. one last negative aspect is that the anal is not very good and does not feel tight enough.

all in all even with the negative aspects it is a solid purchase in my opinion as it gave me powerful orgasms, but not the most cost effective.

The flip hole is the first TENGA that they deemed reusable and it is indeed made for that as the plastic casing is durable as the gel nubs and entrance are harder than other products such as the meikis and won't rip with vigorous use. The stimulation is also increased a bit by the hardness as well so that is a plus.

I also really like the ease of cleaning the product as the flip hole splits in half and the part that holds the flip hole together during use can also be used for drying and it dries fast with it being able to be split in half unlike the closed-hole zero-diameter toys. That feature also makes warming up the flip hole in hot water easy as well.

The downside to the flip hole is the amount of lube that is needed since there are many notches, nubs, and little nooks in the the device itself. It also does not provide any visual arousal as it is a sort of "discrete" device, although if people saw it they would probably question what it is.
