I'm a longtime Magic Eyes fan and ordered this as soon as it arrived in stock. Thought I was gonna love this thing, but for me it's just okay? Hard to get enough sensation out of it. I kinda just stop having fun after a while and switch to another toy. I'm average girth and just a little longer than average at 6.5ish give or take a little depending on arousal. Found myself ramming into the end to the point where I'm worried I'm gonna pop out the side just to get anything out of it at all. The bend is fun and greatly changes the experience when 180'd, but not really enough for me on its own. With Magic Eye's awesome history with uterus chambers and cervical gizmos, this one doesn't really offer much sensation the way of the usual amazing Magic Eyes "forbidden ultra-deep penetration." I've tried with Meiki, Onatsuyu Juicy, and Tenga Real lotions, and with all of them the textures just end up falling flat for me and the tunnel experience is just kinda monotonous for anything with "Uterus" in the title.

I'm large end of average, and I've been in weather fronts that gripped tighter than this. "It's not overstimulating; it's realistic—it's good for long sessions," I'm sorry is your wife a cloud?!? I don't know what happened, one day I'd just had enough of cock squeezers and wanted something delicate to tease me to climax. This does it. It's like a switch flipped and now this is an easy go-to for me. Probably partially because it's easy to stay in when not fully erect; sometimes my meds give me mild ED and this sleeve is a low-stress way to feel really good taking your time.

Vaginal is an A1 vanilla experience– about what you'd expect from a good standard sleeve. Not surprising, it's just what the doctor ordered. Some nice bumps and ridges but overall pretty straightforward. I think most people will find this has a very nice balance of sensations and offers itself well to most desired paces. Biggest drawback of the vag hole is the thinner belly-side wall can be distracting and immersion/breaking when you feel your meemaw sliding around under your hand. Can mostly be avoided if you don't change your depth a ton. Bottoming out on the cervix this side is a fun addition, less suction than the anal side (which isn't a minus, it's just a different experience).

Anal is where this thing *shines.* The tightness, the texture, the suction??? (in a dual hole?!) and gahdanm, is it fun to bottom out. There's some kind magic pit at the end there I dunno what is going on. The images do not do the sensation justice–the features look mostly like every other hole–it is NOT. It's the first hole I actually have to cram into to reach the end, and that ignites the furious horny caveman effort=reward center of my brain like I haven't eaten in 3 weeks and just found a sickly mammoth. The end also sits at a good length where I think most will be able to enjoy it without unreasonable effort, too. If you smash into it a bit, I'd think even shorter guys could have fun given some elbow grease. (I'm 6-7" depending on how hard I manage to stay looking at a ruler and slapping away "what are you literally doing right now" type thoughts.) If you've ever known the glory of a nice session with a Tenga Flip, this is a great continuation of that end-segment sensation. Which leads me to my end note...you know what might just be the most impressive part of this thing? It's not overstimulating. It's somehow wildly textured, fun, and dynamic, and you can even take it at a pace you want. (Probably not an hour admittedly. Unless you're the kind of guy who can only finish with a Dyson.)

Seriously, this sleeve is a hidden gem. Maybe it's just fits me unusually well or something, I really don't know. Because frankly it blows me away that this thing isn't getting attention yet like the big wigs do.

Wish I could update my below 5-star review—everything I said there still stands and I will be buying another. I'm leaving 1 star here to average my star rating out to 3 stars. ANYWAY, why the change? Bottoming out on this thing resulted in a very surprising pop—my PP extendus'd right through the inert end. Converted to a open-ended toy in less than 10 uses. I'm just barely dipping into "big" territory around/just under 7", hardly a telescoping wooly mammoth dong. E-mailed TD, they clarified that this was not a defect and that bottoming out on these things is liable to have such an end...so I'm out $60 (and the effort to even buy a replacement). Just surprising given the reviews around durability, who the heck doesn't bottom out on climax?? Anyway, I think I'll try a makeshift sleeve holder next time so I'm pushing rather than pulling and stretching it.

Wildly stimulating, but not as pleasurable to me as something like the Virgo or especially the YJY. The plastic uterus feels like plastic and I've never once gotten it to wrap around me. Still, strokes are pleasurable enough and tight, even if not super believable.

My biggest complaint--climax feels like my soul is being ripped from my body, and not in a nice way. At that point of utmost sensitivity, finishing in the end section just sends every fiber of my being into survival mode trying to dump as much cum in 0.5 seconds as physically possible just to get the borderline painful orgasm over with--and then it's just done. The uterus and surrounding area doesn't feel like you're finishing inside anyone really, it's just INTENSE.
