I got this because the toy seemed very unique and it was different from others like La Bocca Della Verita. It gives you a really unique experience. With this toy you no longer feel the pressure from your hands because you are holding and moving the skull/bone like structure instead of a soft wall of sleeve onaholes. You can play in different positions and get more control by either holding it yourself or placing on top of a table/desk. (a quick tip - you can create a vacuum by pushing in the soft areas of the cheek before inserting)

It is a fun toy to use but there are many downsides. First, the inside feels very loose and it is not very stimulating like La Bocca Della Verita. It is very difficult to clean and dry because the holes are very long and deep and there are multiple channels inside the hole (to mimic the real figure i guess). The size of the head might be too small for some of you. It tires you easily when you use it for a period of time. The inside walls and mouth area tears up and wears out rather quickly. Because it looks like someone's head it is difficult to store and it cannot stand on its own. Overall, I think it is worth trying if you like blowjob toys and if you can get this with a discount.

I bought this because I wanted something new and it was just released for a good price. I have owned Vorze A10 Cyclone before but piston type was new to me.

Compared to the Cyclone, A10 Piston's movement is less stimulating but more realistic (it doesnt rotate around crazy like A10 cyclone). Besides the difference in movement, the sleeve is now more securely locked into the machine with hard plastic pieces installed inside the sleeve, tube like structure to attach the sleeve to, and rotation-locking mechanism to firmly install the sleeve and help the sleeve to move up and down properly. Even though it is not as stimulating as a10 cyclone, it provides slow but enough stimulation which you can enjoy for a long time and an incredible finish. Operating A10 pistol basic is pretty simple and straightforward as you can control the movement by the speed up/down buttons only.

Although A10 piston basic provided a nice stimulation and torque even in the lowest speed setting, its single pattern movement was disappointing when I wanted it to stay or hit a specific spot for longer. Also, like others mentioned in the previous reviews of A10 Piston SA, if you are on the smaller size you might not like it very much due to the sleeve's short travel distance caused by the way it's designed. The sleeve that comes with the piston is pretty bad and not very stimulating. I suggest you to get A10 PISTON SA Inner Sleeve STEEL β as your first sleeve and throw out the default one when you decide to purchase this. It is also quite noisy unless you use it in the lowest or second lowest speed settings. Cleaning could be difficult depending on the sleeve. Battery lasts unless you use it all day long.

Taking everything into consideration, I think it is a nice toy for the money. You can enjoy a long and slow blowjob kind of stimulation with this toy + right sleeve. It is automatic so all you have to do is make it work. If you have a lot of money, I recommend you to get the more expensive model (VORZE A10 Piston SA) because that model allows you to use with different patterns and sync to a video while you use (I'm not 100% sure on this). It is a very realistic hip toy, probably the most realistic one out there regardless of the price. Visually it is very appealing and vulva area is very detailed. The size closest to the real thing and definitely no.1 feature of this toy. The internal urethane skeletal structure makes the toy very stable in any position. There is a special rubber ring at the anus. Although I haven't tried yet the rubber ring mimics the tightness well and it adds to the realism.
Although it is a very nice toy I could not like it very much. Firstly, it is too hard for me due to the skeletal structure. When you do doggy with it, it will almost make you feel like you are doing it against a rock. It lacks that cushiony feeling many hip toys have. I kind of wish they had added a separate parts for the butt. Secondly, the skeletal structure makes the holes unnecessarily tight and pressured. You will reach climax not by the feeling of the internal structure but the pressure from the skeleton. It also makes the cleaning extremely hard. Thirdly, the toy is shaped in a bit awkward angle. I wish it was bit more arched for an easier entry. Fourthly, the internal structure lacks detail but if you use over time any toy's internal structure will wear off eventually.
Overall, it is a very very nice toy but could not like it due to its hardness. I would recommend this to those who are looking for a realistic hip toy. If you care about the softness like me this might not be for you. Now I wish I had went with EPH3 instead.
