I've had this for about a month now, and I would definitely agree with the other reviewers who said that this has none of the durability issues that other Meikis might have. I've turned it inside out to dry it after each use and it's been going well so far (it's essential to keep the inside of closed hole sleeves dry to prevent mold / bacteria growth). Another note, always wash any sleeve immediately after each use; don't leave them dirty overnight; doing this will greatly increase the longevity of your sleeve. Closed hole sleeves require more care and cleaning than open hole ones but it's SO worth the extra effort!

The only thing that annoyed me about the Meiki Eiro Chika was that it developed a small tear at the entrance after the first couple of uses. I think this made it a little looser.

Overall, great sleeve and I'd highly recommend it over the dual layer ones if you're concerned about durability and maintenance issues.

PROS
If you're planning on buying a Meiki or other sleeve from ToyDemon, you'd better get this to go with your sleeve; makes the whole experience WAY better! I got this with a Meiki and wow what a wild ride! So many positions and so versatile; it adjusts to fit all sizes of sleeves! I've never had this great of an experience with any adult sex toy! This is probably ToyDemon's best product as no one else has anything that comes anywhere close in the same price range.

CONS (minor)
Price: I know it's kinda expensive, but just wait until either the anniversary sale or the Cyber Monday sale in November and this will go on sale for around 30% off. So worth it at that price. Definitely helps that they offer an additional discount if you bundle a Meiki with it.

Cleaning: it is VERY difficult to clean lube off the doll. This can be alleviated by putting your Meiki or other sleeve in a plastic bag instead of the onawrap (which I found to be pretty useless); this will protect the area around the "vagina" from getting lube on it!

Here's some things I'd like to see improved:
1. The strings need somewhere to go. They always get in the way and accidentally get lube on them!
2. The Ass could be better shaped.
3. Larger breasts would be nice.
4. Adding forearms and a head would also be a plus.
5. Add a sort of "spine" to the doll to make it a bit firmer; I noticed that it bends really easily at the lower back area.

I got the Fairy Onahole thinking it would be awesome from reading the other reviews. Boy was I wrong, not only is it WAY TO TIGHT, but it feels like sandpaper! This is the absolute worst toy I have ever purchased; complete waste of money; if I could give it ZERO STARS, I would! I will never buy another ToysHeart product!
