The good: I can say is that they really got the penetration side hyper realistic. It very much feels like you are entering an asshole that hasn't been "warmed up". I enjoyed rubbing my head against it and feeling my mushroom tip push pass the virtual sphincter. Once the thick part makes it past the ring, it sucks you in a lot like a real anus. Stroking away, you can feel the sphincter grip your member extremly tightly very similarly to a real anus, though it doesn't loosen up, like the real thing, which is a good thing.

It's very realistic in that once passing the tight spot, you lose some tightness and it's a bit more spacious inside providing less sensation for about a 1/2 inch, (not unlike the real thing). Pushing further you get back to the the nubs and grip.

Once you're in, there's an air-tight lock wrapped around you and every time you push in, the air that was trapped in it, stays in it, so you might not have anything touching you as you go deeper. Much like a finger inside a full balloon. Instead, I've tried to push the air out while simultaneously penetrating it. It then provides an amount of suction, but not as much as other toys I've had.

Of my three sleeves, it's my least favorite for making me cum since the sensation really concentrates along the ring. The good. It's realistic and provided good "practice" for learning how to fuck ass. The visual craft work is nice as you can truly imagine yourself penetrating a tight asshole.

For improvements, I'd suggest 1) a heavier and thicker sleeve, like some of the vaginal ones, like the one that I have (I don't know the name of it, but it's a follow up to the zxy) 2) provide some way to push out the air as you penetrate, while keeping the suction (perhaps a one way air passage?) 3) on the inside, forget realistic and just give us what we want: a tight penetration experience along with intense sensation for our head and shaft.

I'd give it a 5+ as it's extremely realistic experience, but almost too much so, but the work to get it to have the suction is distracting and the senation on the inside could be more intense. If it felt like the inside of the Bocca La Verita, you'd be blowing in less than a minute.
