This is a repeat for another mouse pad cover I ordered on this site. The same applies, the only difference is your taste in the girl portrayed. That said, this one's a cutie:

It is exactly as marketed: the breasts have a more natural sag, less perky look to them. But as others have stated, the design of this toy makes it difficult to perform paizuri. I tried once, gave up, finished with an onahole. This is the only breast toy I have so far, but I imagine the less realistic, perkier toys would perform better for paizuri. That said, I did not purchase this for paizuri, but just to have a pair of breasts lying around to feel as I wanted. I'm sure this would work for any breast toy, but I like to put a plain white t-shirt on a body pillow and wrap this toy in the shirt to create a very cuddly pillow. I'm very satisfied with the product for how I use it.
