I haven't gotten the Bocca Verita yet, so I can't compare it to that, but compared to the other JAV bj onaholes I've tried, this one is one of the better ones. It's got ok suction, and pretty decent sensation. The sensation, in my opinion, is enhanced by the shape of the mouth and cheeks on this toy compared with many others. Also, while I don't mind teeth as much as some seem to, the teeth on this one are soft and barely there to the point of not being noticeable, so that shouldn't be a problem for anyone. For lube, I like to use a fair amount of thinner lube with a few drops of the included thicker lube thrown in. Makes for a pretty good session. Still isn't as good as this one bj onahole I got some years back (I forget the name of it), mostly because that one had some crazy good suction. (And considering this toy has vacuum in the name you may want to count that against this toy.) Still, this is not a bad toy by any means.

This is my first and so far only breast toy I've purchased, so I can't compare it to others, but... WOW! One of the best purchases I've made on this site by far. These are very soft and pleasant to touch. Furthermore, while they're big and heavier than your typical onahole, they aren't that heavy. Paizuri sessions are very pleasant with this toy. The only thing you might have a problem with is that, due to its size and softness, the toy is a bit floppy, which can make handling and carrying it difficult. For me, this is mainly an issue when I'm trying to clean the toy. Otherwise, this toy is perfect!

At the time I got this, there weren't any reviews, so it was something of a risk to get, but I consider this to be one of the better toys I've gotten recently. This toy has some pretty good stimulation, enhanced by the cervical entrance at the end. Some of the textures, as seen in the product photos, are not realistic, though this doesn't bother me. It also has the right amount of tightness for me. All this, and the toy is about $20 cheaper than some of the other high-rated sleeves on this site. That being said, there are some other things to consider with this product.

There is quite a bit of lotion included. Normally this is good, but I found the lotion's scent to be rather pungent. Some might like this for the added realism, but for me it was off-putting. It does seem to have mellowed out a bit now, although that could just be me getting used to it. There is also the matter of the toy's thickness. This is not a thick toy, and at times you can feel your hand through the toy. This didn't bother me, but some may not like this.

Finally, there is the matter of the toy's packaging and marketing, which is of a violated wife. This might be offensive and problematic for some. My opinion is that I'm ok with the packaging so long as you remember this is just a fantasy, and that it is not ok in real life.

Overall, I really like this toy. It's not as stimulating as the Meiki ZXY, but it makes up for it by being tighter. It's not too tight, it's just right. And while the textures aren't realistic and not as stimulating as the ZXY, they do provide decent stimulation. I personally haven't experienced issues with this toy tearing or lacking durability, but I also try not to be too rough on my toys. Overall, I'd recommend this toy. The only real downside is the price, as the ZXY is $10 cheaper than this toy, although that isn't that much cheaper. Would probably give this 4.5 stars if possible.

Have to largely agree with the previous review regarding this toy. Both holes are tight and firm to the point of being uncomfortable. I did the exact same thing and cut the entrance to the vaginal hole for mine. It's easier to enter now, but still pretty firm and tight. I also agree regarding the lack of sensation from the textures. I can barely feel any of the texture once inside, which may be due to the tightness. That being said, the tightness gives me some pretty intense finishes. The overall appearance of this mini-hip is enticing, but the coloring of the vaginal area starts to come off after washing, and the "bottom" of this toy is flat. I suppose that makes it easier to place on a flat surface, but it makes it less visually appealing if you flip the toy over. Overall, it seems this was a decent concept with a disappointing execution. If the holes, especially the entrances, were less tight, this would probably be an excellent toy.
