I would think that this design would have an older mature woman branding from the way the design feels. Not only is the sleeve a little pudgy looking, which is a thrill to me, but the sleeve just takes a pounding like no other, silently accepting it.
Very good, but I notice that the antimicrobial nature is somewhat flawed, leading to staining if you don't instantly clean the onahole. I wouldn't leave it even for a night, be mindful to do a through job of cleaning the sleeve, and she'll last you years.

I bought one of these a while back and was shocked at how good it was, lasted me a year and a half before the inner lining began to peel off. I bought two more on sale and if anything, they improved it. Best bang for your buck.
