It is great and stays great for a while. The lube is thick and has a large opening to squeeze, or pour out of.

I had one problem: the lube would leave a dry area on member. (I did not have this with fake milk)

The onahole let's out some lube (more since it is closer to a mouth than just a suction hole), and bottoms out if you are average or larger length.

The teeth can step up the feeling if you are into that, and it can be nice and sloppy if you don't mind clean up or using more lube.
