Took a couple tries to figure out exactly how much filling works best but I ended up figuring out approximately 6-7lbs of shredded memory foam working best.
It has an adapter for holding the onahole which is a bit hard to get inside and secure, but once you do it works great and isn’t going anywhere.

First time trying a dual hole ona. The vaginal hole feels pretty good but nothing crazy, but the anal hole grabs you like crazy and the way the little checks along your shaft is incredible.
