The first one that I ordered from Toydemon got a hole ripped into it after the first use, But, after getting a replacement its working good and feels like a dream. The sensation that this thing produces are just enjoyable. This does indeed have two different holes they do not marge together. Both the holes are great, the feeling is way better then a fleshlight that lacks the wow factor. But, these Meiki's are the grand slam. I would love to get another hip next year mainly the Pleasure Hip. All in all I l like it, they can work on the quality better and make it more bigger. The only thing is that is a pain to clean, but other then that Its a good buy.
