OK, well TECHNICALLY it's the only oral hole I've used. However, I still can recognize excellence when I feel it. The attention to detail on this toy is absurd. Take a peek inside, and it just looks like you're peering into a real person's mouth. Teeth, tongue, throat, they're all molded with precision. Now, regarding the teeth. A lot of people aren't a fan. They are molded out of hard ABS, and some people find the feeling unpleasant. However, my first thought on entering this hole was less "eww, teeth" and more "oh shit, this is someone's mouth". It perfectly rounded out the oral sensation, and for that reason I take no issue with the hard teeth. If you do though, they can just be ripped out pretty easy.
Past the teeth, the rest of the molding in the mouth is great. The roof of the mouth is ribbed, and the tongue is distinctly molded from the jaw. There is more detail inside the throat, but I found it to all kind of muddle together and it wasn't as distinctly oral as the mouth. That didn't stop it from feeling amazing, though.
Overall, amazing experience. This toy isn't one of Toy Demon's best sellers for nothing!

I wasn't really sure what to expect when I bought this. I thought it might be a fun little gimmick to mess around with, something I'd use maybe a couple times before the novelty wore off. I was most definitely NOT expecting one of the best toys I've ever used. The sensation is fantastic, and the twisting gimmick works wonders. It is a lot smaller than I pictured it, but due to the nature of its design it has no trouble expanding to fit most sizes. The only reason I don't use it more is that it's a little TOO effective: I like to savor the experience of my holes for as long as I can, and the Spinner just gets me off too damn fast. But if you're looking for a quick and effective toy, the Tenga Spinner is a superb deal.
