When they put 'extreme' in the name, they really meant it! This onahole was almost too much for me, but I still had an enjoyable time. In fact, the material reminds me of some of my silicone holes with how hard it is.
First off, I've always been fond of see-through toys, and this one, while a little cloudy, definitely looks great in use. The deepest part of the cavity is almost womb-like, creating a little bit of suction. This is both amazing, and also almost too much for me. Its also worth noting that the deepest part of the hole doesn't take well to cleaning, so be thorough when cleaning.
Over all, if you already like harder onaholes, this is definitely one to keep an eye on.

At the time of writing this review, this is the only toy that this company has on ToyDemon. As a first time for this company, this is a pretty good first showing.
First impressions before use could've been better. I noticed tiny imperfections on the outside of the toy. This doesn't affect performance, but it is something to note. There's also a slight smell to the toy out-of-the-box, but these things typically disappear after some time.
Actually using the hole, I was honestly shocked at how soft it was. The duel-layered design and cat paw nubs gave me the impression that the toy would use a harder TPE, but its actually quite soft. Despite the softness, the nubs felt really great. They're presence is always felt no matter how much lube I use and it almost gives this "massaging" sensation that felt really comfortable.
Ultimately, I'm pleasantly surprised at how nice this hole is. Only time will tell how well the duel layers will hold up, and I hope to see more of this company's products in the future.

I really wouldn't consider this the best onahole HotPowers has put out, but its still a very good onahole regardless.
For one, this hole is a bit sensitive to how much lube you use. Compared with one of HotPowers' other onahole, the Understanding Bitch 2, this onahole losses a lot of sensation if you use too much lube. As such, I'd recommend going light or using a thinner lube.
The whole gimmick of this hole is the zig-zagging teeth pattern that this onahole takes. Its interesting in use, but I'm not sure how much different it would've felt than if it was a standard round hole instead. Plus, the zig-zag pattern makes it hard for my drying stick to reach every nook and cranny inside it, so keep that in mind when cleaning.
Despite its shortcomings, the hole is still great. Once you get the lube amount right, the inside ribbing does provide a very enjoyable sensation. Overall, not a bad hole at all.

This onahole is just about perfect and does pretty much everything I need it to do. Whether its long sessions or strong sensation, this onahole can do both pretty well.
First off, after my first use, I was expecting a stronger stimulation judging from the inside texture. However, after more uses, I find that how much lube you use really affects what you feel. Want longer sessions? Use more lube. Want strong sensation? Use less lube. Once I got the hang of how much lube I really need, the advantages of this onahole really come out.
If you're looking for a great do-it-all onahole, this is a fantastic option.

This is definitely one of the more unconventional holes that Tenga has put out.
First off, stimulation. The clear TPE is practically smooth and provides very little sensation, so all the feeling you get is going to be from the cubes. Pushing past the cubes is something that I've never really felt with any other onahole before and the stimulation provided is not at all unwelcome.
The one downside to the cubes is that they make cleaning the onahole a bit more of a nuisance since you really have to dig around each cube in order to make sure they get properly clean.
Overall, I appreciate Tenga for it's willingness to put out something different than anything else currently available. If you're a bit bored and want something completely different than what you've used in the past, then this would be a great onahole to pick up.
