Overall it has a good feel to it. Compared to real blowjobs the overall sensation is good. The teeth might be a problem if you aren't used to them. You will need to aim for the roof of the mouth past the upper teeth to avoid catching on the tongue. Have to be careful or you will miss the throat and catch in the cheeks. If you are too enthusiastic you could easily damage this toy.
Good overall sensation. Good mix from the initial mouth through to the soft "throat". If you like the idea of deep throat this is a good one to bury your self in and stretch the end of it. Will provide okay suction.
The upper teeth in mine were set a little crooked. The tongue will catch on you if you go straight in. Takes some finesse and care to use this toy. Feels a bit fragile. The lips fairly immediately began to show signs of wear within just a couple of uses.

Overall it is fun, the uterus gimmick doesn't really pan out in the sensation category. If you have any length you will likely poke through the other side of the toy. Not sure if you are supposed to "break" the membrane or not but it is hard to avoid.
There are two distinct sensations depending on which side you use. One is rather smooth overall the way the membrane lines up it doesn't have much impact. The other has ridges and the center membrane that wraps/flips as you go through the "Uterus" providing a general bumpy ride.
For anyone with any length you will hit the uterus and move through. If you aren't supposed to break the uterus membrane then that can be a bit of a problem for this toy. Where you break through may change depending on use.
