Personally I preferred the sensation of the middle that most people disliked. I found the entrance to hard to penetrate and the back to tight that it kept spitting me out. I thought perhaps it needed breaking in. It hasn't really loosened. It can be so tight that it prevents ejaculation and can be painful.
