First ordered the soft version of this toy, loved it, but it was too soft and ended up breaking. Figured about half a year later, why not purchase its opposite. Man was that not the best idea. The three stars in this review come from my prior purchase and well, overall love of the toy, as it isn't a bad one. Personally, I prefer the soft, as the hard is, almost too hard in a sense? You sacrifice much of the inner feeling / texture for it's outer durability, which I am not the biggest fan of. Not the best review, but just my small opinion.
-Solid, highly durable material
-Definitely good for rough play-Actively "pushes" you out if you relax too much
-Unless you're harder than steel, this version WILL bend you and it hurts
-Often times the finish feels lackluster due to having to try so hard just staying in
