I'll preface saying that I love this toy, totally worth it.
But I primarily use it as a secondary toy, it's fun to grab and stuff.
I don't own any of the higher end boob toys, so I have nothing to compare it to, but compared to the smaller version, it's slightly more firm and has a more "tactile" nipple piece that's surprisingly addicting to play with. The texture is fairly the same also.
Obviously it's not going to be a realistic simulation, but it is a lot of fun. If you're a hardcore boob enthusiast then I'd probably recommend saving up for the higher end, but if you're on a budget and/or just want a little something extra to play with then I highly recommend these.Price
