Feels and looks almost identical to the Extreme Pleasure Hip 3rd gen to me. This is just a bit more firm.

Both holes are good, but I wish the differences between the two was just a bit more pronounced.

Its on the softer side and feels very realistic. Great for longer sessions as its not very stimulating. That's usually not my preference but when I want that experience this is usually what I reach for.

Out of all three, this one was my second favorite, behind the regular Perorin.

For context, I am slightly above average in length and girth, and I typically prefer harder materials and more stimulating textures. Naturally, I thought I would try this one after my poor impressions with the original Bocca.

The teeth weren't too much of an issue for me but they definitely took some getting used to. This is true for all three Boccas I have tried.

The original Bocca's combination of rough teeth and extremely soft material was actually uncomfortable for me.

In contrast, the Perorin Hard didn't have that problem probably because the textures between the throat and the teeth didn't have as sharp of differences. However, it was almost too intense for me. I found that when using this, I need to go much slower than usual or it became almost overstimulating instead of pleasurable. I also found that I needed to use a lot of lube and reapply often.

Its no secret that the Bocca's are the blowjob toy that all other blowjob toys are compared to. Of the three I tried, this one was right in the middle. It was certainly better than the original Bocca for me, but it was a bit TOO hard.

If you like very hard and rough textures, and the original Bocca or Perorin was too soft for you, get this.

Its an interesting idea for sure but the design is a miss.

Lets start with the good. It was surprisingly stimulating and the ability to change around the textures is fun and offers many different combinations of experiences.

Now the bad. Its almost impossible to get this completely clean or dry. Water and lube tends to find its way between the material and the plastic housing. The amount of effort to clean this thing to a safe standard simply wasn't worth it to me.

If it wasn't for the promotion and me receiving it for free, I would not have acquired this otherwise.
